Tofu Pudding

Vegetarian | Gluten Free | Serves 4 | Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 pk silken firm tofu
2 bananas
2 tsp carob powder

Directions

Mix all three ingredients together in a blender and serve fresh.
