Spicy Chickpeas


About 1/2 litre or 2 cups of cooked chickpeas

Juice of ½ – 1 organic lemon or lime

1-2 tablespoon organic olive oil

Organic gluten-free soy sauce or Tamari (adjust to taste)

2-3 garlic cloves, crushed

1-2 teaspoon Garam Masala (Suma or similar),  adjust to taste

1/2 – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (Suma or similar), adjust to taste

1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped

2-3  tomatoes cut into cubes


Mix the ingredients thoroughly and check the taste. 

Suma Garam Masala contains: coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cumin and cardamom.
