1/2 c wild rice
1/2 c quinoa
1 1/2 c water
1/4 c hiziki
Keeping grains separate, rinse under cold water before cooking. Bring water to a boil. Add wild rice. Simmer 45 minutes. Add quinoa and simmer 10 more minutes, covered. Add hiziki and cook 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to steam, covered for five minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Serve on a bed of red cabbage with broccoli and red clover sprouts.
