Ingredients
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t sea salt
2 T olive oil
2 1/2 c spelt flour
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together, and mix in oil. Add 1 cup water to form a pliable / not too sticky dough. Roll or press the dough on to an oiled baking tray. Cover with desired toppings, and bake for 10-15mins at 425 until cooked.
