Ingredients
3 c water
1 c millet (well washed)
1 onion (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
1 c butternut squash (diced)
1 t basil
1 t sea salt
1 c broccoli (chopped)
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 Handful Parsley
Directions
Bring millet to a boil with water and the remaining ingredients (except the parsley). Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered for 20 mins or until tender. Mix parsley in and serve.
(Cauliflower can be used instead of broccoli if preferred)
