Banana Ice Cream


1 banana
1/2 c frozen blueberries, organic (can substitute strawberries, raspberries or a mixture)
1 kiwi
1 T freshly ground flaxseeds
1 T fermented organic soy protein powder
1 t flaxseed oil
2 t powdered greens (i.e. greens plus)
2 t amla powder (from organic traditions), optional
1/2 c liquid – either water, green tea, soy milk or almond milk


Place 2 frozen bananas at a time with a proportional amount of the other ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Serve immediately. Cannot be refrozen. This makes a delicious summer treat.
