Apple Porridge
Ingredients
1 apple (peeled and chopped)
1/3 c rolled oats
1/3 c water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seeds (freshly ground)
Directions
Place the apple in a blender and blend until smooth. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add apple blend, oats and cinnamon. Cook 5-10 minutes until creamy. Remove from heat and stir in ground flaxseeds. Serve as is or with soy milk.
