Goes well with Miso Gravy and is a great accompaniment to the Very Veggie Burgers.
Sweet potatoes are high in antioxidants.
Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp Braggs/tamari
3 medium sweet potatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients, making sure to cover all of the potato pieces.
Place onto a baking sheet and bake for approx. 20 minutes, broiling for 5 minutes to make the potatoes crispy.
