1 c tahini
1 clv garlic (pressed)
1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
1 T Tamari (or 1tsp salt if preferred)
water (as nessecary)
Place the ingredients in to a glass jar and mix, keep adding water until you achieve the desired consistency.
Serve over your favourite salad, or use less lemons and serve over grains, pasta or vegetables.
