1 pk firm or extra-firm low-fat tofu
1 c raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries, frozen and unsweetened
1/2 c fruit sweetened jam
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 t carob powder
Place the tofu, berries, jam, lemon juice, and carob powder in a food processor. Process until smooth. Spoon into glass bowls and serve.
