1 c almonds (soaked for 8 – 12 hours)
6 c Pure Water
Soak almonds for 8-12 hours. Discard the soaking water and rinse almonds, place half the almonds and half the water in a blender. Blend for a minimum of 3mins, the desired effect is for the almonds to be a finely blended as possible. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer in to a jar, tasting the milk to make sure that it is rich enough. If not then return the mixture to the blender and add more almonds. If rich enough then blend the second half of water and almonds in the blender. This milk will keep for 2 to 3 days.
