Ingredients
1 avocado
2 cups fresh spinach or kale
3/4 cup cucumber (1/2 cucumber)
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp hemp seed powder
2 tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp ground chia seed
juice of 3 limes
¼ tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp sea salt
2 cups water
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend. This quantity should equal approximately one liter plus one cup. Drink one cup and pour the rest into a 1L size mason jar and drink throughout the day or share with others. It’s helpful to use a straw. Refrigerate between meals.
