Antioxidant Content of Foods

A 2008 study tested beverages to evaluate which provided the highest antioxidant activity. Four tests evaluated antioxidant potency, one test evaluated antioxidant functionality, while another looked at total polyphenol content. Beverages tested included apple juice, acai juice, black cherry juice, blueberry juice, cranberry juice, concord grape juice, orange juice, red wine, iced tea, black tea, green tea, white tea and pomegranate juice.
