Camryn Ruthven

Camryn Ruthven is the Youth Ambassador for the MammAlive Foundation and is based out of Clarksburg, Ontario. Having experienced breast cancer within her own family, she is passionate about sharing an understanding of natural ways to protect, improve, and maintain breast health with other women to help inform, heal and empower the collective. Deeply connected to nature, she enjoys learning about Earth’s medicines and engages with the land through beekeeping, foraging, and gardening to develop this relationship. As a musician, Camryn is intrigued by the use of sound as a form of healing/expression and looks forward to exploring music as therapy in the future.
