Sunflower Seed Pate


3 c sunflower seeds (soaked 8- 12 hrs / sprouted 2-4 hrs)
1 c lemon juice
1/4 c tahini
1 c Tamari
1 clv garlic (chopped to taste)


(Braggs Aminos can be used in place of the tamari, same quantity)

Process all the ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Store in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.
