Goes well with “Open Sesame” Sweet Potatoes and is a great accompaniment to the Very Veggie Burgers.

2 tbsp spelt/dhurum/rice/soy flour
1 clv garlic
1/4 c Engevita yeast
3/4 c vegetable stock or water
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp miso paste
Heat dry ingredients over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add water/vegetable stock and simmer for 30 seconds. Add rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
